After you have entered a search, apply the 'Full Text' database filter and review the list of results. 

1. Scan and read descriptions and titles to determine relevance. Most databases will highlight where your search terms show up in the article.
2. You can click on a title for more details about it and review available formats all from the search results page. 
3. After clicking on an article title, if available, you can download a PDF file
