What is a database?

A database is a search tool that gives you access to a collection of materials including articles on a broad topic (Business, Science, etc.) or a specific source type (eBook, articles or streaming video). The database you choose will depend on what type of information you want to find. Databases are sort of like streaming subscriptions like Netflix or Spotify, they offer access to thousands of titles at once that you can search and sort to find what you are looking for.
