There library lends the T-Mobile T10 WiFi hotspot with an unlimited data plan included. The strength of the WiFi connection depends on your location. Each loaner kit includes set-up instructions. Please contact Blackhawk Information Technology Services (ITS) if you are having issues with your hotspot.  

T-Mobile Network: Franklin T10 model

1. Plug in
2. Press and hold power button to turn on 
3. Press power button repeatedly to cycle through the menu options and view the name and password for the hotspot 
4. On the device you are connecting WiFi to (this can be a personal device or loaner laptop), click on the network/WiFi connectivity icon and look for the hotspot name
5. Click connect and enter the password from the hotspot display screen
