How do I return a loaner WiFi hotspot?
Answer
Return the loaner WiFi hotspot complete kit: in the BTC logo box with the device complete charger. Return equipment in clean, good condition to avoid cleaning and/or repair fees.
Before you leave, staff will:
- Ensure the WiFi hotspot device and charger are in working condition
- Check for surface damage
- Check that all equipment accessories are returned: box, charger/ charger pieces and accompanying instructions and information
When
Loaner WiFi Hotspots must be returned by their due date to avoid late fees. You can return the WiFi Hotspot when the Student Success Center (Room 2200, central campus) is open. Remember to check the Blackhawk Event Calendar for special holiday/break hours.
