To easily back up your files, save all files to your OneDrive folder on the loaned laptop. This will allow you to access files on all devices through your Blackhawk account. You can also use external hard-drives. 

Using OneDrive on the Loaner Laptop

• Save or move all your files to the "OneDrive-Blackhawk Technical College" folder on the loaner laptop
• If you borrow a different loaner laptop, the OneDrive folder will sync and you will have access to your files
• If you need to access this folder on a different device you can do so by signing into MyBTC and selecting 'OneDrive' from the quick links menu to access your files and ensure they are properly backed-up
