Is my textbook at the library?

The Learning Commons Library has a selection of textbooks and course materials required in Blackhawk courses that can be borrowed from the library on Central Campus and the Monroe Campus. Textbooks are only available to currently enrolled students, faculty and staff.
Textbooks are generally put on Library Course Reserve by your instructor. Course Reserve items have a short loan period so that everyone in the class has the opportunity to access them.
Borrowing and Finding Textbooks
- Search the Encore library catalog for the textbook title and/or ISBN number, Course name or your instructor's name.
Depending on the item, you can borrow textbooks for:
- In Library Use Only
- 3 Days
- 7 Days
- 4 Weeks
- Full Semester
