All are welcome, including community members to use the Student Success Center space. Blackhawk Technical College students, full- and part-time faculty and staff members with a valid Blackhawk Technical College ID card/numbers can access online library resources. Residents of Rock and Green counties may obtain library borrowing privileges by presenting identification to a library staff member who will issue a one-year library card.
